We are not modern because we do not believe that recursivity is something that needs to be, or even can be imposed from the outside. We reject the notion of externality in its entirety. We are not postmodern because we do not believe in the priority or ultimate reality of discontinuity. The break is necessary and relatively real, but it is not foundational. It is, rather, an opportunity for the one to reveal another aspect of its inexhaustible plenitude.
